Katy has been an art quilter and fabric dyer for over 20 years. She gained attention early on for her masterful use of color in her hand dyed and painted fabric creations. Her work has been published and exhibited worldwide and awarded in such prestigious shows as Quilt National (Juror's Award of Merit), Fiber Arts International (Best of Show) and most recently, "Potluck", sponsored by The Smithsonian Institute and traveling throughout the US from 2001-2007.
